Owner/Skipper Wayne
Barclay is originally from Auckland, New Zealand and has been
charter fishing off Rarotonga since 1987. He is a member of
the Cook Islands Game Fishing Club, was a committee member
for 10 years, and President of the club for 2 years. He is
a member of the International Game Fishing Association (IGFA)
and is the IGFA representative for the Cook Islands.

| REEL
TIME is a purpose built sport fishing boat. It is fully
equipped with Penn International reels and has light tackle
gear on board as well. REEL TIME has a full range of
electronics, radios, safety gear and a flush toilet. |
